Wilgeheuwel asks everyone to keep the noise down between 13:00 and 15:00, which is rest and sleep time across the hospital. Parents may be in the nursery and neonatal ICU together from 08:00 to 20:00, but not during nursing handover at 06:45 to 07:15 and 18:45 to 19:15, nor during quiet time, and no siblings or other family at all. Elsewhere it is two visitors per patient per day. One parent may sleep in with an admitted child while the other visits during hours.
