Roseacres runs the same two slots for its medical, surgical, intensive care and maternity wards, with two visitors and nobody under 12 in the wards. Critically ill patients can be visited outside those hours by arrangement with the unit manager. In paediatrics one parent may stay and the second may visit any time, with grandparents keeping to ward hours and no siblings under 12. A partner may stay with a maternity patient until after the delivery, after which normal hours apply.
