Plastic and reconstructive surgeons with rooms, practice numbers and admitting hospitals. Schemes draw a hard line between reconstructive surgery after injury, cancer or a congenital condition, which they will consider, and cosmetic surgery, which they will not. That call is made at authorisation, so get it in writing first. Find a practice here and check the network listing.
