Life St Vincent’s at Life Vincent Pallotti Hospital is a 35-bed short-term stay mental healthcare facility, providing in-house treatment for voluntary mental healthcare users. The principal forms of therapy used at the clinic are crisis counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, life skills training and electro-convulsive therapy. Focused treatment is provided for specific conditions, such as anxiety disorders and depression, with therapeutic programmes conducted in small groups. Monitoring the patient’s views on all aspects of the service keeps this facility up to date with patients’ needs and enables employees to provide them with the best possible service at all times.

Only 1 visitor per patient is permitted per visiting period, unless arranged otherwise with the respective unit manager:
- General wards: 15h00 to 16h00 and 19h15-20h15
- Adult ICUs/HCs: 15h00 to 16h00 and 19h15-20h15
- Paediatric Wards/ICU: 1 parent can room in, other parent during visiting hours
- Neonatal ICU: Parent may visit together, twice a day.
- Life Rehabilitation Unit: 15h00 to 17h00 and 19h00 to 20h00
- Life Mental Health (St Vincent’s): Weekdays 18h00 to 20h00 and weekends 14h00 to 16h00 and 18h00 to 20h00.
