St Aidan's Hospital is a 143-bed regional hospital in Durban, in the eThekwini health district. A mission hospital in the Durban city centre, next to the Durban University of Technology campus and a short walk from the Greyville racecourse. It offers regional level services only, on referral, and has no general outpatient department.

St Aidan's is a referral hospital with no general outpatient department, so you cannot walk in to be seen; patients arrive here from another hospital or clinic. Weekend visiting is a single two-hour block from 13:00, while weekdays are split into an afternoon hour and an early evening hour ending at 18:30. Being in the city centre, parking on Centenary Road is limited and the surrounding streets are busy at the end of the working day, so the 14:00 weekday slot is easier than the evening one. Administration and clinics run from 07:30 to 16:00 on weekdays and are closed at weekends. Visiting times do change, so ring 031 329 1417 before you travel.
