Richmond Hospital Visiting Hours

Visiting times
Weekdays 12:00 to 13:00 and 19:00 to 20:00
Weekends and public holidays 14:00 to 16:00

Richmond is a TB hospital, and that shapes visiting more than the clock does. Stays are long, often months, so weekends matter: Saturday, Sunday and public holidays give you a straight two hours from 14:00, against two single hours on a weekday. Staff will ask you to wear a mask in the wards and may ask you not to bring young children. If you are visiting someone on treatment for drug-resistant TB, speak to the ward first, because those wards have their own arrangements. Ward sisters can change these hours at short notice, so call 033 212 2170 to be sure.
