Wilgers is one of the few large hospitals that welcomes children as visitors to the general wards, as long as an adult is supervising them, though not to the intensive care units. Birthing partners get 09:00 to 20:00 in maternity. The intensive care units skip the late-morning slot the wards have and allow two family members only. One parent may sleep in with an admitted child. With 360 beds this is one of the biggest hospitals in the group, so ask for the ward and floor before you set out.
