Hilton asks visitors to observe a quiet hour from 13:00 to 14:00 across the hospital. Parents get open access to the paediatric ward and neonatal ICU, and a father or partner gets the full day in maternity, while other visitors keep to the afternoon and evening. The physical rehabilitation unit has a single hour from 16:00. ICU and high care are immediate family only with nobody under 12. All visiting is subject to clinical need on the day.
